Q. I don't know which soap dish is the right size for my need? What options are available?
A. I currently have three sizes available in stock. Small is 3" by 4" and works well for small spaces and guest soaps. Medium is a bit longer at 3" by 5" and works for most handmade bars. Large is 3.5" by 5.5" and is the best fit for large commercial size bars.
Soap bars shown in the photo on the right are for reference only. Left bar on the large dish is 2" by 4". Curved bar on the medium dish is 2-1/8" by 2-7/8". Small soaps on the small dish are each 1.5" square.
I often have 4" square soap dishes in stock as well so feel free to contact me if you are looking for something a bit different.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Currently all items in my shop are available for domestic US shipping but I will ship internationally with additional shipping charges. International customers, please email me at email@example.com or contact me here to get a shipping quote and a custom invoice.
Q. If I decide the item I purchased won't work for me, can I return it?
A. Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return for a refund of the purchase price within 15 days of receipt. Upon my receipt of the item in original condition, your money will be refunded.
Q. Can I purchase from you without setting up an account?
A. Yes, you can check out as a guest without setting up an account. But special deals and coupons are often shared with those who do set up an account.
Q. I like one of your items but I want it in a different color or size? How can I start that process?
A. I do a lot of custom work so if you need a different color or size than what you see in stock, contact me to see if I can accommodate your request. Once we finalize the design and price terms, I will set up a reserved listing for you in the shop, message you with the link and once it is paid for I will begin to create your item.
Q. I don't see the quantity in stock that I need? How can I order more?
A. Just contact me to see how long it will take to restock. In most cases I can accommodate a request for more items almost immediately.
